Smart Paste

• New cursor-aware paste behavior for live dictation
• Adjusts spacing, capitalization, and punctuation when dictating into the middle of existing text
• Falls back to standard paste when surrounding text context is unavailable
• Enabled by default and configurable in Settings -> General

Hold Hotkeys

• Push-to-talk now supports held key combinations, not just single-modifier holds
• Quick Capture now supports held key combinations too

Privacy Changes

• If a collection is not private, but transcripts in it belong to a private mode, they are also excluded from MCP tools
• Safer MCP search results with short snippets instead of full transcript text
