Terms of Service

AimeFlux is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on up to 3 devices you own or control. Team licenses are also available.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass licensing or activation systems.

AimeFlux may provide a free trial before purchase.

Purchases are covered by a 30-day refund policy for first-time purchases. Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund activity.

AimeFlux is designed primarily for local processing. Audio recordings are processed locally on your device unless you explicitly enable third-party AI integrations.

Optional AI cleanup providers, APIs, or local model integrations are subject to their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

AimeFlux is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, transcription accuracy, translation accuracy, or compatibility with all systems and workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AimeFlux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software.

AimeFlux may provide updates, fixes, feature changes, or licensing changes at any time.
